Welcome to Crown & Court! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Crown & Court. Crown & Court operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Crown & Court is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The following terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

However, colors, sizing, placement, finishes, and product appearance may vary slightly from images shown on your screen due to differences in devices, displays, printing methods, manufacturing processes, and production batches.

Many Crown & Court products are printed, manufactured, or otherwise produced on demand by third-party fulfillment partners. Minor variations that are normal to the printing or manufacturing process may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product or service purchased will exactly match how it appears in photographs, mockups, digital renderings, or other images on our website.

All product descriptions are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Crown & Court reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any lawful reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Crown & Court confirms acceptance and payment has been successfully processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Many Crown & Court products are made, printed, or produced specifically after an order is placed. Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, we may be unable to change or cancel it.

If we do not accept an order, make a material change to an order, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided during checkout.

Purchases, returns, replacements, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because many of our products are fulfilled on demand, buyer’s-remorse returns, size exchanges, or returns for ordering the wrong product, color, or size may not be available except where required by applicable law or specifically provided for in our Return and Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or unlawful export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when an order is placed and will appear in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import charges.

Prices displayed through our online store may differ from prices offered through other channels or third-party marketplaces.

1. charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider; and

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Many Crown & Court products are produced and fulfilled by third-party production and fulfillment partners. Products within the same order may be produced at different facilities and may therefore arrive in separate packages or at different times.

Production and delivery times displayed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, production delays outside our reasonable control, customs processing, severe weather, incorrect customer-provided addresses, or other events beyond our control.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to our trademarks, brand names, logos, text, displays, images, graphics, artwork, product designs, slogans, photographs, videos, audio, written materials, books, journals, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Crown & Court, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, sell, or transmit materials from the Services without our prior written consent, except where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms grants you a license or other rights to patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property belonging to Crown & Court, Shopify, or any third party.

Shopify’s name, logo, products, and services remain the property of Shopify. Other names, logos, products, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Crown & Court is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with Crown & Court.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Crown & Court, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Crown & Court.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
